What is the ordering process?
*You’ll want to add our address buffalokidsco@gmail.com to your email account so you don’t miss important details for your order! To keep things on track, if we don’t hear back from you within 3 days, we will go ahead and print your fabric as originally ordered.
Our manufacturers will print your design on the highest-quality organic cotton. Once we receive your custom fabric, we’ll get it cut and sewn up in our Middle Tennessee studio. At this point, you’ll receive an email notification that your order is complete: we’ll package it and send it to you to enjoy!
When will my order arrive?
If you need an item sooner, feel free to reach out. Sometimes, for an extra fee, we have the ability to speed up the fabric processing and shipping times to get your items out more quickly.
Everything goes out USPS First Class mail unless otherwise specified and can take an additional 3-10 days after shipping to arrive (domestic orders only).
How do I care for my heirlooms?
Air dry when possible, or use a cool delicate cycle on your machine. Using heat to dry will result in shrinking.
We love Rockin’ Green detergent to wash fabrics with.
Will the fabrics fade?
If you care for your Buffalo Kids heirloom items with the instructions included in your package (and seen above), fading and shrinking should be minimal.
**Please note, dark inks are most impacted.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Unfortunately, if your custom fabric has already been ordered and printed, we are unable to give a refund or credit.
